Your bones are actually living tissue that responds to weight bearing activities by getting stronger. Exercise is an important component for treating and preventing osteoporosis.

-resistance training
-walking
-hiking
-jogging
-climbing stairs
-tennis
-dancing

Bone health is important at all ages but it’s importance grows as we begin age. Keep your bones strong by giving them weight bearing activities.
