Exercise eases back pain

Low back pain that’s left untreated, will eventually alter ones ability to move/ function. Which in turn will lead to musculoskeletal degeneration (poor muscular mechanics and strength). This condition is common in nearly 80% of adults.

To combat this, one needs to participate in an exercise program that:

-enhances core musculature
-improves muscular endurance
-enhances joint stability
-increases flexibility
-better postural control
-improves balance and muscle coordination
